Following the completion of the 210,000 sq. ft., six-story bed tower addition in 2004, Vertex has continued to enhance its relationship with Yuma Regional Medical Center in the ongoing renovation and expansion of their campus, engaging in numerous tenant improvement projects and the design of a new 206,000 sq. ft. parking structure.

The expansion of this hospital campus consists of a three-story, 168,600 sq. ft. addition for ambulatory care, cardiology, and the women’s services department, and a five-level, 163,000 sq. ft. precast parking garage.
This project was designed while employed at a previous firm.
