Windgate Ranch Community Center

Nestled in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains, this 26,000 sq. ft., resort style community center consists of five buildings surrounding an inviting courtyard and outdoor pool facility. Exposed timber framing helps to convey the Old-World Spanish influence of the design.

This 24,000 sq. ft., Silver LEED-certified facility services the flagship of all the Sun City retirement communities. A creative combination of masonry and steel-framed construction are used to achieve the structure's unique and impressive architectural design.
