This approximately 20,000 sq. ft. golf clubhouse employs exposed masonry and steel-framed construction to create the structure’s uniquely modern appearance. Its signature feature is the cantilevered roof structure that appears to float above the outdoor patio, offering spectacular views from the golf course.

This approximately 56,000 sq. ft. golf clubhouse facility was completed in July 2008. The structure consists of three levels, with two levels above grade and one below, and consists primarily of a combination of post-tensioned concrete and steel construction. Dramatic cantilevers accentuate the design from almost every angle. The Golf Resort at Indian Wells is the current host to the LG Skins Game, a popular PGA Tour event held annually in November.

This approximately 20,000 sq. ft. golf clubhouse facility possesses a strikingly modern appearance that can be attributed to its precision detailing. Precast concrete planks comprise the floor above the approximately 8,000 sq. ft. cart storage basement. The steel superstructure boasts significant cantilevered spans in combination with a thin structural profile.

This new golf clubhouse, completed in 2007, utilizes a creative combination of steel and wood-framed construction. The design highlights considerable cantilever spans within an exposed roof structure intended to exhibit a weathered appearance.

The remodel of and addition to this existing clubhouse facility is a key component in the revitalization of this private golf community that serves as host to several PGA Tour events each year. The structure comprises 22,160 square feet, with one level at grade and one level below grade.

This new development within an existing golf community consists of an approximately 60,000 sq. ft. Golf Clubhouse, an approximately 9,000 sq. ft. Swim and Fitness Center, and an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. Maintenance Facility, in addition to several other auxiliary structures. A wide variety of construction types were employed in the design of these structures, including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood.  The development is scheduled for completion in December 2008.

This expansive, 45,000 sq. ft. golf clubhouse and spa facility is the proud new focal point of the surrounding Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.  Consisting primarily of wood-framed construction, post-tensioned concrete slabs were also used above the underground cart storage basement.
